Looking for a Web designer. I need help on designing a user friendly, simple and elegant admin pages. Requirements: 1. At least 2 years web designing experience 2. Very good in CSS Good to have but not required: 1. Familiarity with Coldfusion (take note, you don't need to code in Coldfusion. Just designing the layouts) 2. Familiarity with DHTML. 3.
