Signature donation website

I need someone to create a website with a background where signatures is _easy_ to see with a counter in the middle and actually looks cool. Use the fantasy. Im thinking about a "counter" in the middle that shows how much money is donated. And around it comes signatures randomly gathered around after donations. (Should have place for a lot of signatures) Under the counter it could be donate button that gets you to the donation part. Functions: - Donation part: User hit the donation -> Choose name\nickname for signature -> Choose if they want to "write signature with mouse" or let the "computer written" signature show. (can choose between font's) Every time a donation comes the donation get automatically updated and the user's signature get randomly placed on the website. Probably with little bit rotation on the signature so it's look little bit better. Thinking of having couple different donations where the signature show different. For example, different donation prices. Like font size: "10" a set price. Font size "12" a set price and so on. And maybe one with silver and gold font colour added to it. - It schould be easy for me to configure the website where i can move \ rotate signatures to make better space. - Payment method: Paypal and more free options. The website schould be built up for traffic, so it could get a lot of views. If you have any suggestions about what the site schould have please write.
