Seeking Web Developer/ Blockchain Expert to Develop Application on the Stellar Network

I am seeking a freelancer who is familiar with cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, their associated APIs/contracts, and web development to develop a simple, web-based platform on the Stellar Network ([login to view URL]). This platform with consist of a few key components: 1. A web-based frontend to interact with the Stellar asset creation features.
