I own a Vacation Rental Management Company that manages/handles rentals for other peoples condos in Panama City Beach. I have a background in Web design, Database Mgmt, and Lead Conversion. Our goal is to attract new Condo/Beach Home Owner's that are seeking help with managing their condo. My Project will be a lead generation landing page that uses a dynamic Website App(See App link Below) that pulls rental projections from a database that I have pre-populated(Gives a range of values - high and low - of potential income based on form variables). The Visitor would be prompted with a 3 Step form(Creating a Partial Lead if they don't finish all steps) that updates a graph below said form to reflect potential Rental Income. This info would be sent to a CRM(Follow-up Boss which has an open API) to sort through the information.
