I need a pixel-perfect Responsive Header and Footer Sections without using frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation. Plain and simple Responsive CSS Flexbox will do. The top navigation must hold 3 logos as links to different pages, the my account, search icon are important and can be sliced from the image provided for accuracy. One more important thing is the left side of the third navigation where it is written HOLIDAY SPECIAL SHOP TODAY AND GET FREE is not part of the navigation and is a content area. The footer needs to be pixel perfect. FUNCTIONALITY IS NOT NECESSARY BUT THE DESIGN SHOULD BE NOTHING SHORT OF PERFECT.
