High Quality Design Needed

Hi We require an XHTML design for a traveling site. Design requirements: • Must be done in XHTML with all positioning and formatting specified in CSS. • Must be successfully validated with W3C XHTML 1.0 validator ([login to view URL]) • All files (.psd, .htm, .css, .js) must be supplied. • Need a unique logo. • Need only one template (.htm) – different sections within template will be supplied. • Template needs to be of minimal file size.
