The project is about building an e-tender website. -The website will have 3 types of users: Admin, Buyers, and Suppliers -Buyers get access by registering, and account is pending approval by admin untill verification is completed. As soon as buyer complete the registration form and click on submit, he receives an e-mail letting him know that his registration is pending approval upon verification completion. Once the admin changes his user role to active, then the buyer receives an e-mail informing him his buyer account is activated and that he can start posting his tenders. Tenders are categorized by location, industry, and type. Tenders information includes: the categories, Bid closing date, expected award/project start date, expected award/project end date, title of tender, tender ref #, description of tender, files to upload and contact information. the buyer can at anytime change the information of any of his specific tenders each change/amendment submittal needs to be recorded separately from the initial tender. -Suppliers have two access types: one basic (free) is to view a report of number of tenders available filtered by the 3 tender categories mentioned above and by bid closing date and expected start and finish dates. the second access type (premium) is a monthly subscription where he can access to view and search for tender oppotunities, he can mark his favourite tenders, he also can choose to receive by e-mail any updates on his favourite tenders, and can choose to be e-mailed a report weekly or daily of new posted tenders that match his category profile.
