Special Line *To combine existing Cleanser, Mask, Revitalise Line, Special Line into one  { Special Line } as customers feedback that we have too many categories and it can be confusing For e-commerce improvement : Improvement must be the best: 1. Payment Gateway  Should be able to link to payment gateways by using API for direct credit card payment  2. Refund system  should be able to refund partially (specific product instead of cancelling the invoice) 3. “CONTINUE SHOPPING”  should go back to the previous page / last viewed category after clicking it in the shopping cart.  4. Photos  Take away the zoom in function (under the product description page) as it will obstruct the category selection on top (“SHOP”) button [login to view URL] take away the + sign under Shop (on mobile optimization function) to minimise the shopping hassle 6. NO automated email acknowledgement for customer after purchase (only Paypal payment confirmation email was sent, and there is none for credit card details (saved) selection so the customer do not know if the payment has been approved) The person in charge needs to generate invoice and shipment emails manually. 7. To include Terms and Conditions on the main page 8. Search function (for example: if customer search for hydration, not all the products are related to hydration line appears) 9. Should prompt customer that they need to register before using coupon code 10. Under mouse over function which shows the preview of the cart, please allow customers to click on the cart and goes into the “view cart” page 11. The page doesn’t update on its own with the updated pricing.
