eBriefing is a web based service (mobile app and dedicated website): 1. eBriefing- an information and knowledge sharing platform, allowing managers to publish information (files) and to create simple, multiple choice, exams to test the users' understanding. Documents can be assign to user groups / per shift position (#2) with optional due date (and min exam score) a. Good to know – a document required to read b. Read and Approve - a document required to read and approve (digital signature) c. Exam – multiple choice questions testing the user knowledge 2. eShift – rooster shift scheduling system, allowing managers to create shift schedule and publish assignments to the users. The users can view their upcoming shifts, their assigned peers per position. 3. eLearning – public knowledge library, allowing managers to share public information to all users, accessible via folder like tree structure and search.

So, we can revise the estimation accordingly. This way we can decrease the chances of UAT work in future because our estimation doesn't include UAT work.
