Creation of a webpage

I am looking for a web developer who can create a web page (a section/a module) for my website. We are in the car wash business and offering different car wash packages. Not-for-profit Organizations will partner with us through the fundraising section on our website. They will sell our packages to create their funds with some percentage on our package they sell. We want to have the Admin as well as the Front side of the page. Front Side Including: Fundraising registration form with a unique QR Code system Payments to the fundraiser for the packages they sell at the end of every month (complete payment system through our web site) Admin Side Including Listing front fundraising users Create an individual plan for fundraising organization/person (Including Name, Start Date, End Date, Price Plan, QR Code) Generate URL and Print Preview Report and Payment for Fundraising Partnered Organizations. We need this page creation project completion as early as possible. We already have a website just need to add a page/section for that website containing the above-mentioned information.
