Build a subcription membership website

I need add member subcriptions to my website This is the plan: I will set up a simple web site in WordPress (or in Drupal, if you prefer). I can create pages with embeded videos, that is stored in vimeo video server. Your task is to add paid membership subcription option to my site. Options 1 month, 6 month, 1 year membership options. At the end of the subscription period an automated message for subscription renewal is given. Both Credit card and paypal payment options should be available. When a user membership payment is successfully processed, they are given access to the video pages. As this type of membership sites are a common generic business model, I expect turnkey solutions already on the market. If you know a good turn key solution, set it up for me. Let me know. I want little or no custom coding for this task. Use available free modules or plugins to achive this goal. If premium modules/plugins are needed for this work, let me know. I can pay reasonable amount towerds it. Apply a suitable theme to this site. I will need detailed documentation on what you did and why you did it. 20-30 min skype chat explaining to me how to manage the subcription site.
