a design UI help. I can actually program myself, but I want a mock-up for a good looking design for my site. I want the individual to explore the site, and then create some mock-ups on how to make it better. I am using a perl based CGI to create html pages with javascript and use some css and ajax. If the person can do the programming work that is good but not required. I need to UI design specialist foremost.

I Have alot of experince in designing online games, flash games and mmorpg games. i may take a little longer then probably some of these other people but i will get the job done to perfection in multiple usable formats and designs. :)
