Urgent! Make E-mail template compatible with outlook 2007...

Hi, I'm urgently looking for someone with good experience in oultook 2007,2010 and XP templates. I have a campaign monitor template which needs to be adapted to be compatible with all existing e-mail clients including also outlook 2007, 2010, XP. The template already exist but has no tables nor inline styles. The job consists of pixelperfect convertion of the layout to a design with <table> and inline styles. This is an urgent job.
