integrate or develop multi level marketing software in magento store

Hello freelacers… I start making magento basic store for some coustomers. I want that wbe-store selling products on »multi level marketing« way«. I am really new in IT so I need help I am lookin for someone that will set up my page or make new one with multi-level –marketing sell. That will include (can be with some existing MLM software or some new software): 1. Basic free registration (usual like now) Can buy product with usual prices 2. Pay registration (pay for registration for some period) • For registration need Affilate »ID number / link« • Can buy products with extra discount Get commison from products that he buy and from »buying« of his downis affilates 3. Pro registration – (pay for registration) Can buy products (like pay registration and get commision from affilates) Can sell his products, and get/pay extra commision from his products that he sell can put his product on web store and get information about his selling Number 1 is comon, Most important is number 2 for coustomers and commision. Number 3 allow to company their special admin access to put their own stuff for selling. There is a many software with MLM marketing. So I need to integrate them in magento store? In case that you decide to integrete software (I can paid also for buying that), please sent me info about that software to see if it will be ok for store.
