Design of both online multi language dictionary site, and offline (HTML based application UI) applications

I'll need a new design of both my site ( [login to view URL] ) mobile and PC applications provided (applications are using static HTML). If you go to the site, there are links to currently supported mobile markets with applications screenshot. The task include: * New static images put together with some plain HTML + CSS showing me the overall look that can be used in PC or mobile application. Current mobile and PC applications use HTML to show main content and I can make template out of it and use it. * New look of the main web site with a place for publishing news and probably spitted into two columns. This needs further discussion with me to clarify the new look. The new look might include a new way to show word meanings (see how it looks now look at the web site). * Nice to have but not mandatory: WordPress theme matching the overall design. Please specify will you do this in your bid! ## Deliverables **What will be provided:** Current art, HTML templates, CSS, JavaScript code for both mobile and static versions, If needed I can provide some sample db, the main web Perl script and help you setup test web environment. **What will NOT be provided (do not ask for):** Access to the hosting, any source code not mentioned above, production database, mobile market accounts **Notes:** * I like the current design ideas and they might (or might not) be used in the new look. However this one color dictionary icons lead to user confusion as it is not easy enough to visually tell apart which meaning comes from which dictionary. * I prefer to have some discussion about the design not just "I'll do it" and then "here it is". * Adding some of your previous designs as images or web links to your bid is a big plus * If the end result is good I plan to continue working with the designer on some of my other projects (all involving mobile apps and web version) * I prefer using Adobe Photoshop for deliverable images (and PNG format for HTML ready versions) **Here are the static images with sizes which are needed (when not explicitly mentioned 72 DPI is the default):** *Image representations of all supported dictionaries, search and back icon:* 36x36, 48x48 - mandatory sizes, cannot be changed, other sizes can be provided to match the overall design *Logo:* Currently at 230x70. Size can slightly change if needed. A double sized logo will be needed too. *Main icons for 3 flavors of the application (General - containing all the dictionaries, English only, Bulgarian related only):* Starting from 512x512 pixels and then scaling down to around 10 different other square sizes too many to mention here but I must be able to do most of the scaling on my own. The smallest size is 36x36. It is important that the main icons look familiar to someone who already saw the old icon! *Promotional art:* 180 x 120 1024 x 500 - use a safe frame of 924x400 (50 pixel of safe padding on each side). All the important content of the graphic should be within this safe frame. Pixels outside of this safe frame may be cropped for stylistic purposes. 1000 x 800 x 96dpi *Twitter, Facebook, e-mail images matching the the overall design. Current size is 41x41. This might be changed if needed* *Custom twitter background (for the twitter account)* If the original platform images for Android, iOS, Mac OS X, Linux, Windows, Windows Phone 7 does not match the the overall design, customized image versions should be provided too. Current sizes are 48x48 and 20x20. This might be changed if needed.
