Need Wordpress website using existing an 'elegant theme'

I need a new website designed using a theme I've chosen from 'elegant themes'. All I need the chosen freelancer to do is ftp/upload and completely set up the new theme (including sliders, using sample stock photos sized to the right dimensions, customize colours, font, etc...). I will deal with moving all the content. I also need a landing page designed for another feeder site that will point to the new website. This job shouldn't take more than a day for someone who knows wordpress really well. The site is currently hosted on LunarPages, but I'd like to move it over to GoDaddy where I have several websites already. If you are able to help me with this as well, that would be ideal. You must be trustworthy and have really good feedback. Proficient english speakers (from any country) are preferred. Budget for this project is small since it's a quick job. Thanks, TellyB
