Need a Wordpress Affilliate Tracking Program

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BIDDING. THANK YOU. I would like to hire someone to set up an affiliate tracking program for my Wordpress site. Please read this ad in its entirety then when you understand the aspects of the project bid accordingly. NO PLACEHOLDER BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The scope of the project is here in this ad and your bid must be accurate and have a reasonable timeline to complete. There are many plugins in the marketplace that accomplish this (with some modifications needed) but I would prefer to work with someone who can implement this quickly and correctly. We offer a 14 day free trial to customers without requiring their credit card information. They optin at the form at our website where we capture their basic information. This data is then emailed to us and sent to a third party database where their service resides. We do not have access to the programming in this database. The 14 day trial does not begin until the customer installs the service and activates it. We are notified by email once they have done this. Then the 14 day trial begins. Once their 14 day trial is over, we are currently sending them a manual order form and we process their payment manually by Stripe. We would like to be able to send them a URL instead to pay for the service using Stripe. At the same time we would like to credit the affiliate who referred the client. Since we do not have access to the programming behind the third party trial database, we are unable to send the payment URL to the trial client automatically after the 14 day period has expired, unless there was a way to activate a countdown timer from when we receive the email notification that the trial has been activated by the customer. If this is not possible, we would simply to send the payment URL to the trial client manually. Additionally, we would need to track the following: a) All affiliate referral opt-ins to the 14 day trial web form. b) Trial conversions. When a trial is over and client is sent their URL to pay for the service via Stripe, the affiliate would need to be credited for the sale and awarded a commission payable by Stripe. This would be a recurring commission until the client cancels. Most plugins in the market have an affiliate view login portal. The affiliate would need to see how many clients they referred signed up for the trial, who they are, how many converted to a sale, and what recurring commissions are due and when. This is the scope of the project. Thank you.
