I am looking to launch a site that is a mixture of youtube and hotornot. This video/mp3 rating website will allow users to log in and submit user-generated video (either hosted in house or outsourced). Other users will then be able to log in and rate each video on a number of different categories. Each video will have a public message board. Let's look at the project from the ground up. I will need everything you or your team can offer, including the potential for regular maintenance. The perfect applicant will have extensive design experience in custom web design. Back end programming experience and excellent english communication skills. Applicants should submit examples of past experience and a list of qualifications. This site will have a lot of traffic. There is potential for full time work if the price is right and the popularity is where it needs to be.
