Simple site to test conversion with AdWords traffic

I an about to build a website to test conversion for a new product that i consider developing. I want to by direct traffic using AdWords and then test the traffic via conversion goals in Google Analytics. The product that i want to test is an book helping young men how to solve their performance anxiety in sexual situation. I will offer the book in a e-book version and in a self publish print version on the same site. The goal for me with this first site is to decide if I am going to write the book or not. If the conversion rate from the traffic is consider profitable, I will go for it and develop the product. If not I will change the approach och trash the project. It is important that the site will appeal to the Swedish market. The site should contain one attractive landing page with a clear call to action (by the book), one check out page, one About Us page, One FAQ. When the customer has filled in all the contact information and presses the Buy button. We will simply give them a message that unfortunately the product is out of stock, we will give you a notice when we have it in stock. What i need from yo is to develop and design the site (it has to be graphically appealing and easy to understand). Set up Google Analytics for our defined goals. Design a simple but trustworthy cover design for the book. I will handle the copy(title, bulletpoints, text, testimonials, ect). I am all into business but I know some aboat basic web hosting, HTML, etc so it will be easy to work with me. If the conversion is considered a success I will write the book in one month, we will simply ad a credit card application and start selling the book. Why are you the best fit for this project?
