electronic goods rental booking website

Project Description: hi there i am looking for a developer who can create a website for me the idea is that i want to rent out electronic equipment to my website visitors they select a product book in the date range that they want pay the money they can use a guest login or use their facebook details to login backend i can create electronic product category add details add photos add price need a robust CMS system in the backend which should include client name email address date booked date range booked product booked payment recieved cms system should email to me when date of send goods to client is close also email to me and client when goods are due back order tracker will include details like goods sent tracking number goods recieved tracking number time frame for this project 3 weeks i will provide the design but would appreciate technical help in the design i have regular clients that want web development work and am looking for a freelancer with sharp skills/time management for a long term business relationship thank you
