Create a Custom WP Theme for me

I want somebody to design a custom wordpress theme for me. It is for an online magazine for women. FrontEnd (Design): The site I am really inspired by are: [login to view URL] Here's what I want: 1. An interactive navigation menu that includes drop-down list of recent articles on MouseOver 2. A sleek slider that would feature 4 posts (Need to show an image block for each featured post, just like at SheKnows) 3. Need a small section each of the 7 categories on the home page (Under each category heading would be a list of 3-4 recent posts, just the title) 4. Need vibrant yet elegant colors that would suit a women's lifestyle website. 5. The home page will also fully integrate all the latest social media icons (FB, Twitter, Pin, RSS, YT) Backend: I want the backend to be like this theme [login to view URL] 1. The theme should be responsive. 2. Built with HTML5 and CSS3 3. Unlimited Color Options with Backend Color Pikcer 4. 500+ google fonts support 5. SEO Optimized 6. Multiple Layout Options 7. Easily upload custom backgrounds (This is critical) 8. Ability to integrate with FlexSlider2 Woo Plugin 9. Option to show or remove Post Tags and Author Name and to change the excerpt length 10. Login Form – Displays a login in the sidebar. Users can login and logout directly from the sidebar without being redirected to the default WP login page. I will own complete rights to the theme.
