47126 Need AdSense Optimizer

I use adsense on a few different sites & don't do as well as I think I can.. what I am looking for is somneone who knows adsense in & out & is successfully making a ton of money from knowing how & where to use adsense ads to attain the best CTR. I will need to see proof of sites you currently use it on & screenshots from google of the revenue for that site. In addition to your bid I would be happy to pay you a percentage of say 20% extra of the amount that you increase my earnings by for the following 6 months! So if my site for example was making $10/month & you showed me how to optimize it to earn $50/month from it then I would pay you $8/month (20%) for the next 6 months.
