I have delt with similar issues before, it will take three days as I have to submit applications to get your ip's whitelisted. It may be a good idea to set up anti-spam criteria on your mail sever so if your clients spam your server stops them before you get blacklisted again. With regards to virus scanning that wouldn't be a problem. Can you give me more info on you web server?
