Hi, I have a dream of becoming the best bookmaker in the world. Working on this dream, I have done a lot of web scraping, because I believe that analyzing huge amount of data is the best way to get really good picks. I believe I came up with a great betting system and now I need money to strat it out. I can see that you see things the same way and you need something very simmilar to what I needed a couple of month ago. I've done this before a couple of times and JSoup is probably the best tool for that. Additionally if you want I can query the index files so you'll have an update even without submitting the urls, not sure if you are requesting that.
