Facebook and twitter Crawler

I want a facebook groups crawler and a twitter crawler working in real time. For facebook: I need have a admin panel for make my settings for crawler working. - I need to put all the groups I want to be monitored. Or just monitor all groups on facebook if is possible. - When is in any post have some word that I pre determine previously, i got this post on my panel and with a one alert. Eg: If i put word "green car" on my list, and in 5 minutes in somegroup any people say "blablabla green car blabla", i got this notification in real time on my dashboard with alert. On twitter, when somepeople post some hashtag that i put on my pre determine, appers the same things!
