SEO for OScommerce site

I have a newly launched UK ecommerce site selling soft home furnishings. The site is based on Oscommerce and have customised it with contributions like * Ultimate SEO (creates flat html urls instead of productid=123) * Meta Tags Header (puts product title & keywords from descriptions into Meta tags) Other work on the site includes - * Google sitemap facility has been setup and accepted * Froogle feed - created and listed in Froogle The site's index page currently has a PR of 4 -- this is without much effort. The site has been spidered by Google, Yahoo and MSN - however the site and pages are not completely optimised and would need more work by a dedicated SEO expert. I have also been running a small Adwords campaign that is working OK but want to phase that out. Based on this campaign I have identified the primary keywords but keyword analysis to be done as part of the project. Link building has also been started but due to lack of time not progressed much. The provider will also do link building. What I require is a freelance consultant or a small company. (ideally based in India) I am hoping to appoint someone who will turn into a long term partner who will handle all web promotion required for the site as a ongoing basis. I am looking for solid proof of SEO success achieved for their clients /projects. Based on my limited understanding of SE I require the following at a minimum - - No Black Hat, No Tricks,No link farms, FFA's or any automated linking systems - Sites/Pages must Not be Banned from any of the major Search Engines - Get site listed in clean directories in the relevant sectors - Links to be highly relevant (will be with my approval) - All links must be on separate IPs, which must be indexed by major search engines - Must be stationary links that are not removed once campaign is over - Provide a regularly updated Excel list of all sites/pages or a screen shot of the page showing the link The above is based on my limited understanding and I expect the consultant/s to guide me along the Web promotion path on what other work needs doing. I also plan to hire a content writer to write more content pages for the site and would need guidance from selected provider . Please do not BID/PM if you cannot demonstrate with practical examples and results of your skills and capabilities. You will also have to give us a set target of what you plan to achieve and your price and the minimum targets which you set should be met.
