Ongoing SEO and link building for my website

I have an oscommerce website that I am looking for an experienced, resourceful and talented expert to get better rankings and higher results in the search engines and provide ongoing updates to the content. I do require you to have done this kind of work several times before with excellent results. I am looking for a long term business relationship, although initially only a 3 month project I am happy to extend this to a permanent arrangement depending on results. Your bid should be for the monthly cost to promote and update the site. The promotion will include two aspects.. 1) Link building. 2) The listing of sites to relevant web directories. 3) Monitoring of my websites ranking. Details Link building. I need a steady build up of permanent, non reciprocal free links for each website. The links should be increased at the rate of 30 per site per month. I will accept ONLY quality links! 1. Links must be from closely related websites 2. PR5+ links (the page where my link is placed must be an index page with PR5+) 3. No more than 30 links on each web page (where link is placed) 4. Links should contain the target keyword/key phrases as a text hyperlink 5. Links should contain the target keyword/key phrases as a title tag on the text hyperlink 6. Links should be followed by a short description of the target website also containing related keywords. 7. Links should be spread out to point to relevant pages of the website, not just the home page. 8. Staggered deployment of the links to avoid any penalties (ESSENTIAL) 9. You must collect at least 30 non reciprocal links for each site per month. Total 150 links per month. 10. Links should not be from framed pages 11. Links must not be through a JavaScript 12. Links must not be through a redirect script 13. Links should not be from bad neighbourhoods (porn or other offensive websites. 14. Links should not be on Flash sites or pages. 15. Links should not include a rel=nofollow tag. 16. Links should not be on a links page excluded by a robots tag. 17. All links need to be in place for a minimum of 12 months. 18. All links should be free and not paid. 19. All Links should not be on a site penalized or banned by Google. 20. All links must be from different c-classes/different IP's 21. English language sites only. 22. No free for all (FFA), blog, guest books, links within forums, links within newsgroups or links farms, link exchanges, or any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty 23. Never participate in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs like [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc. 24. DMOZ Links Details The listing of sites to relevant web directories. List all sites on very relevant web directories at the rate of 20 listings for each site per month. Payment will be made at the end of each month after receipt of a detailed report on all three aspects of the promotion. Payment will ONLY be made through Paypal or similar for ease of transaction. Listing of the active links with URL, PR and IP address.. Full details of the directory submissions and acceptance. This must be able to be easily verified. Please post a monthly cost.
