Dear Sir, This is an issue of rDNS management in your server. I can assure you that, please ask you server admin to add rDNS record with your name-server (ns1 / ns2). I wish this will be solved by your server admin once rDNS added properly. This will take upto 72 hrs to reflect globally. hi my friend, you know the spam problem is very annoying. I can help you but first of all i need to know your mail domain information. can you please share with me your mail domain? after short analyses for domain and if the problem not in domain settings we can look the email server settings. i am sure we can solve the problem. my experinces are so wide. i am using linux since 1997. i have a lot of setup with linux qmail sendmail etc mail server. also my windows server experience same. i have created many exchnage email server or skype buss.server. regards.
