Hello, I can help you with this right away. We need to configure a mail relay through the client mail server on the web server hosting the form to ensure they are send using his mail server. Godaddy has a track of being a bit problematic with email. I can look into this right away. I will need access to that GoDaddy server and we'll need to setup email account on his old server or use an existing one with the password to send emails from the server through that account, this way he will get most email deliverability from the server.
