Need call sales closer for my animation business -- 2

We got appointed books from our clients, As a free strategy call. Then what you need to close the clients to purchase our service in the end. If you have previous experience which is great. You may need to take 7-8 times calls with a client. We can pay sales percentage or per call-based payments. But what you need to make sure at least 20-40% sales call closed percentage.
