VBA to incert image in Excel file

I have a VBA code, which pulls Image from a folder and inserts in Excel cell based on cells value on Column A. The problem is that image is link and not an embedded object and when I send my file to people out of the network they are unable to see images. I need the code to be modified, so as it inserts images not as link, but as embedded image.
