NOTE: The code needs to be written INSIDE ACCESS (In VBA).
I have stored client information in an MS Access database, and would now like to populate a PDF FORM from MS Access and send it to my clients and ask them to update their contact information.
When they send me the updated file, I want to be able to update the data in my database as well.
So...
For EACH RECORD in the table "Data", I want to create a PDF form containing the information for that record.
In addition, when my client returns the form (with updated values), I want access to extract the new/updated information and store it in the table called "Data".
Attached is the template for the PDF FORM, as well as a small access database with a table containing all the fields that are used in the PDF Form.
To create all the PDF Forms from the database, I want the code to be stored in the button "Create PDF Forms" in Form1.
To update the database with data from updated forms, I want the code to be stored in the button "Collect data from PDF Forms".
PS: I am using Adobe Acrobat
Here is a link to files that work from Excel to PDF forms and vice versa, but now I want to do it from Access instead of Excel: [login to view URL]
