VB6 is no problem. I recommend the printer setup should use the windows common dialog, not the VB common dialog control since the windows interface is lighter and provides more flexibility. For the options dialog, as an example IrfanView (freeware) has a really nice UI that represents most of the features you need (and more). We could combine their UI with your “Area 3” equivalent for selecting a portion to print.

The printer setup is a built-in in VB so no point of redoing that so it is just building your resizing/positioning screen which with an image control can be implemented to meet your criteria since you are requesting a VB DLL. VB6 should do fine. Cheers
