Modify existing VB.net app, add some SQL features

The application is a simple order management system for a printing business, which stores all the details about orders that have been finished, and current orders we are working on. We just need some minor modifications No application design or much frontend development is needed, we simply need the database created and coded into the existing forms. We will supply the VB.net 2010 project, along with a backup of our SQL for testing. I have attached the To Do list. Please post any questions, and relevant experience, and only give final all inclusive price. Once we find a good freelancer we will use them for all modifications to this application. Only bid if you are experienced in VB.net 2010 and Microsoft SQL 2008. Thanks
