5 basic t shirt designs

I need a graphic designer to design 5 fairly basic designs for T-Shirts. These will be all text with maybe some shapes or simple graphics added. One or two color maximum. These shirts will be screen printed, so the designs can not be too detailed. These humorous shirts will mainly be a funny quote, or statement, so the designer will need to really use creative fonts, and fun sillouette images to get the point across. Most of them have a very simple graphic associted with them We will provide the text for the 5 designs, and I am looking for creativivity with the layout, font choice, and the use of any shapes, or images to supplement the theme of the design. I will need two type of images from you. 1. The design back in both .jpg and .eps and/or .ai. (The jpg is for my review, and .eps and/or .ai is for the screen printer) 2. An image of a colored t-shirt with the design on it for each shirt that will be used for a website.
