Virtual Assistant Italy
$15-25 AUD / hour
I am looking for a virtual assistant based in Italy to help me with scheduling appointments with distributors that we will supply to. The ideal candidate should be available to work in European time zone and be able to dedicate 10-20 hours per week to this project.
Tasks:
- Cold calling distributors from our data base
- Scheduling appointments for zoom meetings
- Be present in all zoom meetings for translation between both parties
Skills and Experience:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
-Motivated to make calls and transact deals
- Proficient in using scheduling software and tools
- Familiarity with Italian business culture and etiquette
