Conversion To Maya And Animation

I have 3d Max models that I need converted to Maya, then I need 10 animations created, each one lasts about 15 seconds or less. The models are cartoon characters. When complete, you will supply me with the Maya files, 10 .avi animation files in DVD quality, and instructions on how I can render the models in Maya to make additional animations. I have attached pictures of 1 of the models created by another company with these files. I will only respond to individuals that personally discuss their credintials, not canned descriptions. Tell me about your 3d Max experience and your Maya experience. Tell me how you can supply simple instructions so that I can render additional animations in Maya.
