Can someone who know how to use Adobe Atfer effect, etc. to do video caption, i mean for e.g the beginning of action video, or film video, i will send the person the text to use and some clips of videos, both pictures to use on it, also the person will add voice-over on it, both male and female voice, about 2 - 3 mins. clips.
