I'm working on an art project that compiles HD video footage of sunrises from across the globe. The shooting location must either be iconic (Colosseum, Eiffel tower, etc.) or visually beautiful. I want the video to start about 15 minutes before sunrise and end 45 minutes to an hour after sunrise. I will not be using the sound so don't worry about background noise. I will accept 720p, but prefer 1080p. Once I buy the video, I must have full rights. Let me know if you have any questions.
