copy vtiger installation to new server at hourly rate

have backed up vtiger directory and database from existing vtiger installation & need to have it installed on new server.
have managed to install new copy of vtiger using Softaculous on the new server, but having problems restoring the backed up copy from the other server
will give access to cpanel & the backups to get the job done
***
this will probably have to be done twice.
- first time to see what needs to be done
- 2nd time will stop updates to our currently live vtiger, create new backup & restore it the new server
