Voice Trancription

I need voice transcription done. It's a lare project. but initially I want to judge if freelancers will be ideal for the project OR or I have to find other such voice tanscription companies based in India, Philippines etc. Initial project is for 1 hours of audio file that needs to be transcribed and submitted in word format. I have already done 20minutes of transcription and other 40 minutes is left to be done. I will provide with audio file and word file so you can see how I need the data exactly. My budget is $1-$5 per hour. Approxiamately it will take 3 hours to trancribe 30 minutes of audio file. the better english the better results. I would prefer English speaking nation's freelacer who bid within budget. It's URGENT................. It will lead to 160 hrs of work/month for a successful provider.
