PHONE CALLS SPANISH/ENGLISH URGENT I need a bilingual English/Spanish person to make phone calls to several cities in the USA for a small survey (about 6 questions) I will provide about 500 business names, address and phone numbers. It's crucial for my provider to work office hours between 9am and 5pm. The project should be done in about 8 days. I need a flat rate and I won't be able to pay for the LD calls, so I need someone who can make the phone calls from Skype or some other similar service.
