I have been doing transcriptions for a couple of years now and work with the F4 software, so timestamps are no problem at all. Transcription will be as to your specification and can be delivered in TXT, RTF, DOC or DOCX. It can be verbatim (word by word) or with useful shortening of what is being said, for example leaving out word repetitions and 'ehm' and 'well' for better readability.
