The important thing to keep in mind is that we need someone with the ability to work with 3D Surface modeling beyond the scope of Solid Works. Solid works primarily focus on geometric shapes, and we need someone who has the skill level to make more design shapes.
We are a start-up company in the razor industry and are working with small parts that need to be very precise and exact while maintaining the design aesthetic.
