Hello, I am a professional 3 D modelling/rendering artist. I have been creating virtual architecture and products based on designers' drawings & ideas and turning them in to beautiful photographic as well as non photographic (watercolour or other style) images for presentation & marketing. I primarily use Max/Sketch Up to build and VRay/Corona to render the scenes. As you have not disclosed details about the work beyond just the 'do some 3 D modelling' I have used the maximum budget you think OK for this job. Of course clarifications on requirements would enable any prospective contractor compute realistic pricing and the surprises can thus be avoided that more often shock you as the buyer.
