[I have posted this project before, but here goes - I will now be more specific] [Milestone is: After the first drafts I will deposit the money, to be released in tranches upon completion] [ALL files are attached] It is a large gated community in Brazil. I need 40 3D rendered views of the project in high quality. Designer is required to model the landscape, which is irregular, and the surrounding vegetation and river. Acess gateway and sentry box (1 view) Commercial area and stores (1 view) Ecologic reserve (2 views: 1 sand tracks and vegetation and 1 access gate and shed) Internal Boat Acess to the River (1 view) External Boat Access to the River (3 views: 1 of the access ramp; 1 of the pier and 1 general view) Sportive area (4 views: 1 general view, 1 grass soccer field; 1 tennis court and 1 swimming pool) Boat warehouse (2 views: 1 external view; 1 internal view) Children's outdoor play area (3 views: 1 bmx mud track; 1 labyrinth and 1 benches and grass auditorium) Lake (2 views) Chapel (2 views: internal and external) Elderly outdoor area (2 views: 1 exercise equipment and 1 table games [chess] area) Horse stalls (2 views: 1 external and 1 internal) Club Area (5 views: 1 salon indoors and 1 outdoors; 1 game room; 1 gym; 1 children's indoor playroom) Swimming Pool (Club Area) (3 views: 1 adult; 1 children's; 1 jacuzzi) Gourmet (BBQ/Pizza) Module: 1 view Belvedere (3-story-observatorium) (1 view) Lighthouse (2 views) General project overview (3 views: 1 90 degrees; 1 slanted front; 1 slanted back [viewing the river])
