A simple conversion of an image of a 2D image into a source file for 3D printing and CNC milling.
Based on attached images creating,
STL files for printing in 2 sizes (100mm height, 5 mm depth, and 2000mm height , 10mm depth)
3DM or DXF files for CNC milling in 2 sizes 100mm height, 2,5 mm depth) and 2000 height mm, 5 mm depth)
Image 1 is the design to be modelled, with minor modifications.
a) The ´shadow´ should be removed.
b) The text should be placed in a frame, as shown in image 2.
Image 2, for reference, is a photo of the work in real life, without shadow, with image frame.
Please check my portfolio. Here are the projects I've done.
If you like please give me an opportunity to provide an excellent work for you.
I will make sure you are happy.
Regards, Ivan
I am experienced in 3D Printing and other manufacturing operations.
However i couldnt see the image 1 in the attachment is it a dxf file for the real life products or another jpg like image 2? Can you edit the project so i can see image 1?
I checked the exhibit on google and saw more than 10 pieces, how many do you want us to design?
Tip 1: You need CNC Laser Cutting for these parts, CNC Milling these products will be very costly and bad quality for this kind of geometry.
Tip 2: To 3D print a product 2000mm long you have to cut the part in to several pieces and then join by glueing after production, because of the printing bed constraints.
If you can provide the dxf/dwg files of the real products design i can provide you with the STL and DXF files for production and can answer your questions about the production process.
