We require a freelancer skilled in 3D modelling to do the following proposed renovations to house:
Roof

Render all walls in white (option 3)
Render all walls below deck level and then white weatherboard above (option 4)
Stairs in middle of deck facing outwards (vertical (white) horizontal (grey wood)
Deck floor in grey wood
Poles on deck white square shape
White roof gutters
Extend deck out from existing stairs to side of house
Garage door white
Hamptons style black wall lights either side of left and right side windows and garage (6)
Hampton style black hanging lights (3) between poles, hanging from ceiling on deck
Garden
Lawn level to retaining wall (beside driveway)
Hedge to deck level on either side of house
Hedge small to level of deck in front of house
Retaining wall next to driveway
