corporation office 3D design

To to a 3D design for a foodservice & restaurants consultancy firm in a space area of 100 meter square(10 * 10). Design should contain: 1. one bathroom 2. show kitchen ( like what in cooking shows in TV program ) 3. office reception 4. tea & break seating area 5. meeting room 6. one CEO office 7. two executive office 8. 4 work stations in open area notes: 1. the owner already built a firefighting and alarm system & HVAC system 2. complete engineering drawings (layout & EMP plans AutoCAD files) should be delivered to the host 3. complete engineering schedule should be delivered to the host 4. complete interior design( 3D Max is preferred ) should be delivered to the host 5. complete bill of quantity & item specification should be delivered to the host 6. the design should be in standard office design( dimensions of offices and other areas should be perfect to have a smooth work and looks good) 7. the office is completely open area and naked (does not have any painting work, ceiling, floorings, bathroom walls but the HVAC ducts & firefighting pipes For the freelancer once the project awarded and before creating the first milestone 1. submit the project scope plan 2. submit the project schedule plan
