Do some 3D Modelling for a metal umbrella stand

I need someone to take my illustrated diagram and convert them into a 3d file which will be used for manufacturing quotes and as a production schematic. It will consist of bent metal, 2 braces 1 fixed attached with 2 hex screws & another which pivots, and a molded base made from poly stone. My illustrations have most of the general measurements & may need to be adjusted once metal gauge is applied. The cad engineer should have solid experience in metal tolerances & must be able to offer advice if something in my sketch can’t be achieved.
